Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a healthy sport by excellence ! It is an easy, toning activity which is open to all in a fun atmosphere. It is an overall sport, where you work your upper and lower body while using special Nordic sticks, or poles. Also for athletes and those less-athletic !

Patricia, who has a French Federation certification in Nordic Walking and Jean-Yves, mountain guide, offer you introductory and perfecting sessions.

The 2-hour sessions begin with a warm-up and end with stretching. You’ll quickly understand how to use the Nordic poles and how to propel forwards using your natural balance with your arms and how to descend on natural terrain without difficulty !

The Nordic Walking session is ideal for oxygenating your lungs at the mid-mountain range and requires only a pair of specific nordic poles available to rent in our shop, and wear outdoor / multi-activity, mid or low-top shoes.   

You will find a whole department in our shop, specifically for Nordic Walking; sportswear or technical equipment with practical advise from our team in the shop.

Groups and individuals are welcome to join us, for a session or a full Nordic Walking training course, with our host partners (all options available). Contact us.
